2025 started with sunrises and ended with them too. Somewhere in between, our baby became a little boy.

We traveled Europe with a toddler, cut his hair for the first time, cooked new recipes, started our garden, and spent most of our days outside. I opened my consulting business, and we bought and built a house slowly, imperfectly; exactly how it was meant to happen.

Prague gave us a scare we won’t forget. Remi’s first and hopefully only febrile seizure reminded us how quickly everything else falls away, the resilience of a child, and how powerful prayer can be.

I watched my husband continue to be an incredible father while never falling short of providing. We leaned on family and are slowly making our house a home.

With all the highs and lows, this year was good to us 🤍
